LIMA — A Columbus Grove man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that accuse him of striking a woman with his car while she crossed Spencerville Road on Thanksgiving Day.
Curtis M. Miller, 24, was indicted on aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony; failure to stop after an accident, a fifth-degree felony, and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor.
If convicted of all charges, he could face up to four years in prison.
