It’s taken nearly two years but the case against a Michigan man involved in a fatal accident has been settled.
23-year-old Zackery Brown was sentenced to four and a half years in prison. Brown was back in court Tuesday to change his plea. He decided to plead guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide a 3rd-degree felony and the state dropped his remaining 3 charges. The stipulation was he was to be sentenced to 54 months in prison.
Brown was driving during an accident on Route 115 near State Road, that killed his passenger and friend, 18-year-old Brenden Wale.
