Kyle Baker was back in court today after Allen County prosecutors learned he had violated terms of his bond agreement.
Kyle Baker, 27, was arrested back in December after the Shawnee Police Department received a tip that he was involved in an alleged relationship with a 14-year-old Shawnee High School student. Baker has been on unpaid leave from Shawnee School District since he was charged in December.
Assistant Prosecutor Terri Kohlrieser was alerted that Baker had sent multiple letters to the victim. He also had the son of a fellow inmate who goes to the same school as the victim give her letters and other messages. Kohlrieser received the letters from the girl's mother.
